Hi, I’m Katie Zejdlik. Leadership & Executive Coach, Facilitator.
I’m passionate about helping leaders thrive. I believe that great leadership is about more than just getting results. It’s about leading with authenticity, building real relationships, and creating meaningful impact. My passion is helping leaders like you navigate challenges, foster trust, and unlock your full potential, all while staying true to who you are.
As a Certified Co-Active Coach, I originally found coaching in 2017 as an opportunity to learn a new skill set. What I quickly realized was the transformative power of active listening and leading with curiosity and haven’t slowed down since. With over 15 years of experience in high-pressure, agile environments, including five years as an HR Business Partner for Engineering Leadership at Stripe, I’ve been in the trenches alongside leaders. I’ve worked with them to build healthy teams, align cultures, and tackle tough conversations. I love simplifying complex challenges and helping my clients find clarity so they can lead with confidence and purpose.

Transformation isn’t an overnight fix, it’s a process that requires both time and focused attention. Most of my coaching engagements are for at least 6 months, meeting bi-weekly for 45 mins.

I love this question! And the answer is yes, I actually love working with anyone who is ready to embark on some self-work and interested in having a partner to navigate that journey. Coaching can center around your career, your life, planning a big move or trying to figure out what the next step is. Where ever you are on that journey, I’ll meet you there.

Quick answer, both! I have individual clients who are seeking coaching outside of their current role or might be in transition and looking for support along the way. I also work with companies to support internal coaching programs or individual leaders who are being sponsored by their organization. If you aren’t sure if or where that fits for you - let’s talk!
